Hannah guided me really well through my Breathwork experience. It was quite challenging and intense for me: after 15-20 minutes I came in semi-consciousness (trance) state of mind which helped me to structure my thoughts (similar to meditation but way more effective).
I’m still using some of the techniques in my everyday life to reduce stress. She worked with frangrances and music as well which supported the process (stimulating the senses).

I wanted a breathwork session with Hannah because I am constantly challenged professionally. My intention was to work on my mental strength and focus in order to withstand the pressure of often stressful everyday life and to increase my performance.
